Sand washing machine work flow and principle

The working process and principle of the sand washing machine mainly includes the following steps:

Feeding: the sand washing machine sends the sand and gravel materials to be cleaned into the inside of the equipment through the feeding device.

Cleaning: Inside the equipment, the sand and gravel materials are mixed with water and cleaned through the mixing device inside the equipment. The soil and impurities are separated under the impact of water flow and discharged from the drainage outlet of the equipment.

Screening: The cleaned gravel material is screened under the action of screw device or wheel bucket of the equipment, the larger particles are discharged through the discharge port, and the fine particles are discharged through the discharge port at the bottom of the equipment.

Dewatering: The sand and gravel materials after cleaning and screening are further dewatered through the dewatering device of the equipment to ensure that the moisture content of the final product is low.
