Product Overview

Material and process

The main material of rubber screen is Malaysian virgin rubber, combined with canvas, nylon, steel plate and steel wire as the skeleton. The fabrication process is similar to rubber conveyor belt, but with increased thickness and molding pressure to ensure the durability and stability of the product.

Product Characteristics

‌Abrasion resistance: rubber screen mesh has excellent abrasion resistance, and the abrasion resistance is 3~5 times that of steel screen mesh and more than 5 times that of general rubber screen mesh.

Impact resistance: high impact resistance, especially suitable for screening materials with large particle size, and the advantage is more obvious when the lower material mouth is far away from the screen surface.

Low noise: Because of its elasticity is higher than rubber MDI, the noise of the working surface is relatively low, which helps to reduce the fatigue intensity of workers and improve the working environment.

Self-cleaning function: the screen surface has a self-cleaning function, does not block the holes, high screening efficiency, especially suitable for wet fine-grained materials screening and grading.
