● Bucket wheel sand washer combines the traditional sand washing bucket with tank hydraulic classifier, high fine sand recovery rate, sand product grade with reasonable, moderate fineness modulus, less mud content;

● Adopting high-quality steel perforated screen, durable, optimized mesh size, high cleanliness of sand washing.

● Drainage adopts the lower overflow form, compared with the conventional upper overflow form, on the one hand, it eliminates the disturbance caused by the wheel bucket operation to take away the fine sand (short-circuit flow), and on the other hand, it prolongs the retention time of the fine sand in the tank to ensure the classification effect; ● The drainage part is equipped with tilting plate assembly, which is suitable for the washing of fine sand.
